Osinachi (born Prince Jacon Osinachi Igwe, 24 October 1991) is a self-taught digital artist whose practice examines personal narratives shaped by life within a technological landscape.Raised in Aba, Nigeria, Osinachi creates his distinctive works using Microsoft Word, transforming the software’s limited and utilitarian design tools into a medium for richly layered, narrative-driven illustrations. By embracing these constraints, he has developed a unique visual language that merges simplicity with conceptual depth.Widely regarded as one of Africa’s leading crypto artists, Osinachi registers his works on the blockchain and distributes them as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), positioning his practice at the intersection of art and emerging digital economies. In 2018, he became the first Nigerian artist to present work at the Ethereal Summit in New York, a pioneering conference dedicated to exploring the convergence of blockchain technology and contemporary art.
