This particular issue was dedicated to the anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and features Banksy's famous FCK PTN mural which was painted on the side of a destroyed house in the village of Borod. The Ukrainian government printed a relatively small run of the stamps and only 250,000 are in circulation.
