Lola Dupré is a collage artist and illustrator whose meticulously crafted works explore the tension between order and distortion. Working primarily with cut paper, she draws inspiration from the disruptive visual language of the Dada while echoing the fragmented aesthetics of contemporary digital image manipulation. By slicing and reassembling familiar imagery into warped, almost grotesque compositions, Dupré creates works that are at once unsettling and playfully humorous. Despite the painstaking precision of her process, her collages retain a strong sense of curiosity, wit, and visual experimentation.Balancing both fine art and commercial practice, Dupré has exhibited internationally, with solo exhibitions at venues including CES Gallery, Prescription Art, and White Tradeshow. Her distinctive visual style has also attracted a wide range of editorial and commercial clients, among them New York Magazine, Adbusters, The Atlantic, Time, The New Republic, Maxim, and Nike Basketball.
