Richard Nadler
|
Richard Nadler is a German contemporary digital and generative artist based in Munich. Working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, traditional artistic practice, and digital media, Nadler creates richly textured compositions that explore memory, identity, architecture, landscape, and cultural experience. His practice combines custom-trained AI models with hand-drawn sketches and generative processes, treating technology as a collaborative creative tool rather than a substitute for artistic authorship.Raised in Bavaria in a family with strong connections to art, Nadler was influenced by his mother and grandfather, both painters, as well as by his father’s passion for collecting. Childhood travels through Japan with his father became an important source of imagery and personal memory within his work. After studying business and finance and working in London’s banking sector, Nadler shifted his focus toward art and became a full-time artist. His works have since been exhibited internationally across Europe, North America, and Asia and presented through prominent digital-art platforms including SuperRare, Verse, and fxhash.
