Whether you’re a seasoned art enthusiast or a curious world traveller, our latest FairArt City Guide guides you through the vibrant art scene of Bangkok.

WTF Gallery and Cafe 7 Sukhumvit 51 Alley Khwaeng Khlong Tan Nuea Watthana, Bangkok 10110

WTF Gallery and Cafe is not your typical gallery - and that’s why we love it. Through their exhibitions, the gallery tackles topics that are overlooked or considered taboo in Thailand, such as those regarding the environment, human rights campaigners, political prisoners, and the erasing of historical Thai memory. Housing a café, bar, and communal space alongside the gallery, WTF creates an inclusive space for people to mingle with art and engage with social issues.

100 Tonson Gallery 100 Soi Ton Son, Lumphini Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330

A leading contemporary art space in Thailand, 100 Tonson Gallery became the first Thai gallery to present at Art Basel in 2011. The gallery showcases local talent, such as Chatchai Puipia and Araya Rasdjarmrearnsook, along with established names like Yayoi Kusama and Louise Bourgeois.

KICH Gallery 119 14 Witthayu Rd Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330

Founded by fine art printmaker Kit Chirachaisakul, KICH Gallery is one of the newer spaces in Bangkok. The gallery hosts a variety of exhibitions showcasing young and emerging artists, situated in a building that — with its sleek angles, window display corner, and all-white facade —is in and of itself worth a visit.

Bangkok Art and Culture Centre 939 Rama I Rd, Wang Mai Pathum Wan, Bangkok 10330
